If you want to avoid getting emails from 3rd parties, create a free Hotmail, Yahoo mail or Gmail account to use when getting your free gift cards. Don't provide a fake email as you may need to get important information such as receipts or confirmation emails. When you get your gift cards, you can then dispose of the email address you created.
